These clients purchased a beautiful pond front lot with a tear-down house on it and wanted Norton Homes to design an entirely new home to take advantage of this unique landscape.  The result is a home design from architect, Bruce Lehrer, that features multi-sided views to the pond and a cozy sunroom with a wood burning fireplace.  A tall great room ceiling combined with tall windows allow for an abundance of natural light inside the home.
